Pretty good stuff, I love C.A.R.T's model too.
I say the one thing that needs a bit of improvement is the sound mixing, the music kiiiinda drowns out the announcer's voice. But other than that, cool animation!

The background work in this is phenomenal, especially towards the end. The decrepit casino and parking lot really feels spacious

Man this game is so god damn fun, and the tools make it pretty fun to play. But one thing that soured my first impression the most is how it performed on my browser playing it on NG. That problem got circumvented by downloading the game from itch.io, however I'm a bit sad there's no save tool or anything. It's probably gonna be difficult to implement but I guess you can screenshot whatever the hell you made here lmao

yeah idk what this game's all about historically and well, its got a charming style but god damn the minigames are difficult. I only understood the assignment for like 50% of these, but the bar, the baseball, and the sniper minigames... yeah, couldn't get it

Cool game! I love the aesthetic choice here. The visuals and sound feel like they right out of a Mega Drive/Genesis console, and it's an aesthetic choice I wish I could see in more games. One problem though: The controls. The controls are alright but we really have to talk about the jumping. It feels stiff, and sometimes the character can't reach the platform above them, which makes it a pain to avoid enemies and projectiles. Other than that, it's a neat game. If expanded and improved, it could make for a great Run and Gun sidescroller.

Put this in Persona 4 and I wouldn't be able to tell the difference!
